Baked Cassava Penne with Meat Sauce

Ingredients
- Water for cooking pasta (salted or unsalted)
- 1-2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- ½ lb-1 lb ground meat (turkey, beef, chicken, etc.)
- ½ lb cassava penne pasta
- 2 cups Get Saucy Tomato-Free Marinara
- Parsley to garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375⁰F (190⁰C).
- Heat water in pot large enough for the pasta.
- Once boiling, add pasta and cook to instructions and desired texture, 13 minutes for cassava penne.
- Add olive oil to sauté pan on medium-high heat, heat until shimmering.
- Add ground meat to sauté and cook about 3-4 minutes.
- Add Get Saucy Tomato-Free Marinara to meat and stir until fully incorporated.
- Drain pasta from pot and add into Tomato-Free Marinara mixture
- Toss pasta into sauce until coated
- Add to baking dish and place in 375⁰F (190⁰C) oven and bake 10-15 mins.
- Garnish with parsley if desired.
