Brian evolved with his diet
In 2018, after battling severe fatigue, digestive pain, and inflammation, Brian was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease. After just 2 months on a low-inflammation elimination diet (Autoimmune Protocol), he became symptom-free without medication by simply avoiding the foods that triggered him!
However, committing to the diet was difficult without enough time, money, or cooking skills. He missed his favorite mealtime flavors – specifically Chicken Tikka Masala. So, he went on a quest to find someone who could make an AIP-compliant Tikka Masala dish.

Suhan is a classically trained NYC chef with unbeatable experience. He cooked at Michelin-starred restaurants, led production as executive chef of Korilla BBQ, and later at the Executive Dining Program at JP Morgan’s headquarters. He successfully recreated Chicken Tikka Masala to be AIP-compliant, allergen-free, and unbeatably delicious!
Brian and Suhan quickly discovered a shared mission to bring clean, restricted diet compliant, globally inspired sauces to market for everyone to enjoy! This was the beginning of Get Saucy™.
