Brian was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, but became symptom-free without medication by adopting a low-inflammation, elimination diet (AIP) based on whole, organic ingredients. We believe food should be clean, convenient, delicious, and nutrient-dense! To this day, we won't produce anything that Brian wouldn't eat.

Quality Control: We handpick every ingredient that goes into our sauces. Using ingredients of the highest quality and peak freshness allows us to capture the highest nutrition content. Chef Suhan then samples and tests each farm’s ingredients.
Sustainability: We partner with sustainable, certified farms to source Organic, non-GMO ingredients that abide by eco-friendly practices. Our packaging is custom-engineered to be 100% recyclable, and even the ink is biodegradable.
Manufacturing Standards: We partner with co-manufacturers that are organic-certified, gluten-free, and allergen-free. We prioritize food safety and ethical manufacturing standards and technologies.
