Pickled Radish

Ingredients

  • 4 oz radish
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • ⅔ cup water
  • ⅔ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp honey (optional)
  • 2 cilantro stems

Instructions 

  1. Slice the radish, garlic, and ginger into ¼-inch thick slices.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat, let cool, and refrigerate overnight before using.

AIP Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • ½ red onion
  • ¼ cup chopped cilantro
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ¼ lime, juiced

Instructions 

  1. Dice the red onion into ¼-inch pieces.
  2. Mash the avocados in a bowl until you reach your desired consistency.
  3. Stir in the chopped onion, cilantro, salt, and lime juice.
  4. Mix well, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve fresh!

Taco Crema

Ingredients

Instructions 

  1. In a small bowl, combine the coconut yogurt and taco seasoning.
  2. Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.
  3. Portion into a squeeze bottle for easy drizzling.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

Taco Seasoned Protein

Ingredients

Instructions 

  1. Heat avocado oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the beef and cook until browned (about 7 minutes) and fully cooked through. Drain grease if desired.
  3. Season the cooked beef with Get Saucy™ Taco Seasoning.
  4. Stir in water, reduce heat, and simmer while stirring often for about 3 minutes, until sauce reaches desired consistency.
  5. Taste and serve hot.

  • ¼ cup black olives, drained and sliced ¼ inch thick
