Pickled Radish
Ingredients
- 4 oz radish
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 inch fresh ginger
- ⅔ cup water
- ⅔ cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp honey (optional)
- 2 cilantro stems
Instructions
- Slice the radish, garlic, and ginger into ¼-inch thick slices.
- Combine all ingredients in a small pot and bring to a boil.
- Remove from heat, let cool, and refrigerate overnight before using.

AIP Guacamole
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- ½ red onion
- ¼ cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tsp salt
- ¼ lime, juiced
Instructions
- Dice the red onion into ¼-inch pieces.
- Mash the avocados in a bowl until you reach your desired consistency.
- Stir in the chopped onion, cilantro, salt, and lime juice.
- Mix well, taste, and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve fresh!

Taco Crema
Ingredients
- 8 oz coconut yogurt
- 2 tsp Get Saucy™ Taco Seasoning

In a small bowl, combine the coconut yogurt and taco seasoning.

Stir until fully incorporated and smooth.

Portion into a squeeze bottle for easy drizzling.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.

Taco Seasoned Protein
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp avocado oil
- 8 oz organic ground beef
- 2 Tbsp Get Saucy™ Taco Seasoning
- ⅓ cup water
Instructions
- Heat avocado oil in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned (about 7 minutes) and fully cooked through. Drain grease if desired.
- Season the cooked beef with Get Saucy™ Taco Seasoning.
- Stir in water, reduce heat, and simmer while stirring often for about 3 minutes, until sauce reaches desired consistency.
- Taste and serve hot.
