BBQ Chicken with Roasted Brussels Sprouts and Radishes

Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp oil of your choice (recommended avocado or extra virgin olive oil)
- ½ lb radishes, cut in half
- ½ lb brussels sprouts, cut in half or quarters (depending on size)
- 1 lb chicken breast or drumsticks (butterflied)
- herb leaves of your choice
- 4 Tbsp Get Saucy Barbeque Sauce
- Balsamic Vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Heat 2 Tbsp oil in sauté pan and place radishes and brussels sprouts cut-side down, cooking until golden brown (around 3-4 minutes), set aside in bowl.
- Heat 1 Tbsp oil in sauté pan on medium-high heat and add chicken tossed in herbs, cooking ~ 2-3 minutes per side for the breast and 4-5 minutes for the butterflied drumsticks.
- Once fully cooked, lower the heat and baste Get Saucy Barbeque Sauce onto the chicken. (Optional step: place into oven on broil or 400⁰F (204⁰C) until desired brownness.
- Toss pan-roasted vegetables with balsamic vinegar and extra virgin olive oil if desired and serve alongside the BBQ chicken with pickles.
