Ingredients
- ½ head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 Tbsp oil of your choice to cook cauliflower (recommended avocado or coconut)
- 1 cup Get Saucy Tikka Masala
- Coriander to garnish
- Optional cassava naan
Instructions
- Cut cauliflower into florets.
- Add oil to sauté pan or pot on medium-high heat, heat until shimmering.
- Add cauliflower to sauté and cook about 2-3 minutes.
- Add Get Saucy Tikka Masala and stir, lower heat to medium-low and cook until desired doneness ~7 minutes.
- Garnish tikka masala with coriander if desired.
